We had a wonderful stay at a scenic mountain view room with a balcony in Chail. The room was luxurious, clean, and well-sanitized, providing us with a comfortable and safe environment. The food service was great, even with fewer staff members, and we enjoyed the delicious meals. We were impressed by the stunning view of the mountains from our room, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The hotel also offered ample parking space, which was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and scenic getaway.

There were a few drawbacks, though, such as a lack of professional behavior from the staff. We had to request room amenities like towels and soap, which should have been provided without asking.

Nestled in the tranquil village near Kufri, this hotel provides an average location but boasts some stunning views. the rooms come with a balcony that offers awe-inspiring scenic beauty. the rooms are spacious and offer modern bathrooms with a high standard of cleanliness. the breakfast served is satisfying and filling.

The staff's behavior is a concern as they do not provide amenities unless asked for, and they charge extra for the same room without providing additional bedding.

Spent Christmas here and it was a good time. The view was amazing - I could watch the snow fall from my window. The location was also handy to walk to town and do some shopping. The hotel offered breakfast and it was an excellent value for what was offered; both the food and service were fantastic.

Spent my christmas holiday at this place and I must say, the scenic mountain view was breathtaking. the location that the hotel is situated is perfect for anyone who wants to experience the hillside. the room where I stayed had a balcony which made the view even better. the fact that they had a bar with a wide range of drinks made my evenings special.

I cannot recommend this location to anyone. the hotel staff were not professional and they were always unresponsive.
